Sorry! Badly configured browser!
For everything to work OK, you must have a browser that supports JavaScript, and make sure that you haven't turned that function off in the preferences!
In addition, for things to look the way they were meant to look, the browser must support Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Both of these things are enabled in all standard installations of Windows, Mac OS and Linux.
